  • Regarding tariffs for parcels sent to United States


    As of August 29th, 2025, please note that customs will no longer be waived for products under $800USD in value shipped into United States (regardless of country of origin) due to the removal of the de minimus exemption.
    In lieu of shipping changes to United States due to tariff charges please note that in the meantime we will be defaulting to shipping with DHL unless further notified. If we ship through DHL it will automatically process as DAP shipping.

  • Regarding overseas visitors visiting the factory


    Due to the increase of overseas visitors who are interested in visiting the factory, we would like to note that as of current our storefront/factory is, unfortunately, not prepared for visitors. For customers who wish to purchase kits during their trip in Japan, we are able to set up deliveries to hotel front desk if needed. For further inquires regarding such deliveries please contact "cus@modelfatoryhiro.com" or "mfh.ernie@gmail.com" for more information.

    [ 弊社製品の価格改定について ]

    日頃より弊社の製品をご愛顧いただき、ありがとうございます。
    この度、2022年8月頃より弊社製品の価格改定を実施することとなりました。
    昨今の原材料等の値上げを受け、企業努力により価格の維持に努めて参りましたが、材料の値上がりが急激で、抗し難い状況となってきております。
    以上のような理由で、順次弊社製品の価格改定をいたします。
    今後、価格改定のスケジュール等詳細が決まり次第、告知させていただきます。
    ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解いただきますよう宜しくお願いいたします。

    [Regarding revision of price to MFH products]

    Please note as of August 2022, we will be adjusting the price of our products.
    We have tried to continue providing our kits at the same cost, but due to the rising price of raw materials we have no choice but to increase the overall price for our products.
    Specific changes to prices will be announced at a later date once we have finalized our schedule regarding the manner.
    We hope to have your continued support in the future.

    かつて弊社に併設されていた店舗、”バルケッタ”について、時折お問い合わせをいただくので、ここに明記させていただきます。
    2020年、”バルケッタ”は移転しました。現在弊社社屋に併設されておりません。”バルケッタ”へのお問い合わせは、”バルケッタ”ホームページの方へお願いいたします。
    なお、弊社に併設されていた時期から、”バルケッタ”とは別経営であり、弊社直営店舗ではありません。現在においても弊社とは関連はありません。
    この点、ご理解いただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

    As we sometimes receive request and questions regarding Barchetta, we would like to clarify:
    As off 2020, Barchetta has moved out from the storefront area and are no longer in the same building as Model Factory Hiro. Furthermore, Barchetta is not a subsidiary of MFH: both are completely separate businesses operated by separate staff. For questions and inquires regarding Barchetta and their products, please contact them through the Barchetta website. MFH do not take (nor can we answer) any questions regarding Barchetta.
